Of course we cannot change the fact, because no matter what we do, beauty still fades. However we do make much more people's deaths postpone, though we cannot change the fact that people die.

In the afternoon, on weekdays do some exercises during your break time at work; on weekends, go hiking or play golf. Walking with your golf clubs is kind of tired but it is good for your health.

At supper, eat less. Maybe walk your dog some place safe after you finish washing the dishes and cleaning up the table.
There should be an apple or any kind of fruits joining your digestion, which can ensure you a better health. But you should eat it before each meal.
